This is the story of Howard home buyer. Howard, like many home buyers, is starting his search online. He has many options, he can go to Google and start a search for hometown homes for sale. Hmmm, he notes that some local Realtor sites are there and takes a look.\\\\n\\\\nHe finds Ronald realtor. This is great there’s a search form on the page to look for properties. Howard does his search and does not find anything right now and leaves the site. All Ronald knows is he had a visitor when he looks at his web stats. Missing his chance to help Howard find his home.\\\\n\\\\nA few days later Howard is on Facebook. He’s reading his wall and updates. He makes a post about moving to a larger home so the kids can each have their own room, Rob the referred notices Howards post and mentions that Steve the social networking realtor help him, and the he should add Steve to his friends.\\n\\nHoward friends Steve on Facebook and then visits Steve’s website. Steve has a search form with email notification. When Howard performs his search Steve is notified and is able to start a relationship with Howard. Three months later Howard buys a home with Steve.\\n\\nSteve now has an ongoing relationship with Howard through Facebook helping Howard to remeber Steve and refer new business down the road.\\n\\nDoes your sound like Steve the social networking realtor?
