Facebook recently made a nice change to how you can manage your FanPage or pages. In the past once you named a FanPage you were stuck with name. This was to control organizations from creating pages based on a topic and switching it over to something else once a large group of fans had been acquired.
With the new change, which appears to be in beta and may not be available to larger FanPages, admins can change the name of the page.
This allows you admins to make adjustments while the page grows a little to better suit the topic or brand. We’ve done a small tutorial in the video below showing how it’s done.
