A new type of forced registration, does it work?

As you know I spend my days checking types of real estate lead generation techniques used for Realtors.  We’ll here’s new method, it’s simple, I suspect currently it is effective, but over time will become less effective.

Certainly the conversion of visitors to leads will be higher, but I can’t say if deals from leads is all that good.   It really would depend on the email follow-up.

So this could be effective if you did not trick them, but show them the site and actually take them there?? What do you think of it if it is used properly?

That’s really the question, the premise is correct, that people want to view properties, but forcing them might not be the best approach, instead using entice them to respond by offering better information or sending listing to them. That way real information needs to be provided, and they are volunteering the information instead of being forced.
